About the Author:

Miriam Quiambao is an actress, TV host, entrepreneur, and inspirational speaker.

She endeared herself to pageant judges and millions of TV viewers worldwide when she tripped on her gown and gracefully stood again at the Miss Universe 1999 pageant held in Trinidad and Tobago.

She brought home the First Runner-up Miss Universe title to a beauty queen-adoring Philippines, opening doors to careers in television and movies. (page 258 of her book)

A Thoughtful Friend

Ms. Love B. Mejia, a good friend and colleague, bought this book for me. She attended the Mid-Week service of the company's Spiritual and Morale Development event, where Miriam Quiambao was the guest speaker. Unfortunately, I was not able to attend in person for some reason I couldn't recall.

The Rise of a Beauty Queen 👑

Miriam's autobiography shares the inside story of her rise to fame.

From a physical therapist/gym instructor to a beauty pageant contestant and a Bb. Pilipinas-Universe title holder.

Being a TV and movie personality and an award-winning TV host.

Her enchanting fairy tale romance and marriage to an Italian tycoon.
And her second chances at business, career, love, and family life.
(Excerpts from her book)

A Story of Redemptive Grace

This autobiography of Miriam Quiambao is an inspirational story for all women.
Miriam shares that despite her many achievements and ultimate success, she still has life struggles, emotional emptiness, and depression.
Her realization is that material possessions and high status will never make anyone happy without having God in their life.

Lessons in Resilience

I recommend the book to fans of inspirational memoirs, women seeking encouragement, or readers navigating personal failure.

This book is a testimony that will inspire and encourage everyone. Even if we make bad decisions or mistakes, we must always get up when we fall.
Most importantly, like Miriam, "we must be lifted up by a loving, gracious God."

"He can catch you when you fall."
